Ø Payment Due by December 1st
Ø Students looking to get a scholarship must apply in writing by the down payment date of October 21st, 2024.
Ø Refunds can’t be made after January 15, 2025, and the cost of your bus seat ($90) cannot be refunded as we are charged per bus, not per bus seat. All buses are ordered based on our original head count. A refund request must be in writing (e-mail is ok) to Mr. Flores. Withdrawal from Standley is not notice for a refund. Refunds can’t be made for students that do not meet the off-campus performance criteria (see below for requirements).
Ø Students MUST meet the school off Campus performance criteria to participate.
- Eligibility for school activities, middle school athletics, and club participation will be based on GPA. Students must have a minimum 2.0 in academic/citizenship to attend field trips during the school day and min. 2.0 citizenship for trips outside the school day. Students must also have a minimum 2.0 citizenship to purchase items from the snack vendors at lunch. In addition to citizenship, you will be ineligible if you have any Us or any in/out of school suspension in the previous grading period. Regular lunch lines are open to all regardless of citizenship or suspension status.
Ø All meals will be purchased by students. Students are welcome to bring sack lunch.
Ø Adult Chaperones must complete the required district forms and TB test before signing-up to be a chaperone. The deadline for adult chaperone sign-up is December 1st. There can be no substitution for a chaperone, only the person who has completed the district forms may attend. NO EXEPTIONS.
Ø Parents are welcome to drive themselves and their child up for the performance, but I will still need the full payment for the student minus the bus cost.
Ø This is not a required performance. No student must attend. There is no make-up for the trip, it is not part of the student’s grade.
